We start by planning the spaces and presenting the designs to our clients. Finishes, furniture, art and accessories are selected based on your target market. Traffic flow, room size, electrical placement, and trim detail — we examine everything and personally work with you to make sure your model home is perfectly curated.

While aesthetics are our wheelhouse, competitive pricing is very important to us as well. We can deliver on that promise because we have a stocked warehouse of select home furnishings and relationships with furniture manufacturers.
